It was a night of intense competition, strange pink shirts and of course good company on and off the ice! 

Lead by Dancin' John, Team: Blue The Better Half battled to take a 1-0 lead thanks to Ronnie (I think!). 

Late in the game Jeff showed off his new skills at wing and put one in for the sassy pink shirted team lead by Brooks. 

Probably better it ended in a tie for all! 

Thanks to Peter & Paul for being our goalie couple, Nick J. for playing the roll of Andrew and Ryan for playing the roll of Becka. Also a big thanks to Eric who keep the cross team couple bickering to a minimum (maybe we all need refs at home) and Debbie for running the clock. A 2012 Showdown #2 will be a must on the BBC schedule!
