Refund requests should be made by email to info [at] baltimorebroomball [dot] com. Refunds for a session shall only be granted if the session is cancelled in whole or in-part. If the entire session is canceled then you shall be entitled to a refund for the entire session amount, less applicable transaction fees. If the session is partially canceled then you shall be entitled to a partial refund, pro-rated for the remaining amount of the session, less applicable transaction fees.
Refund requests for products that are purchased through the site must be made within five business days of confirmed receipt of the product. Refunds will be granted for products that are returned in the same condition and packaging as what they were shipped in. You shall be responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds may be granted for product that is damaged upon receipt at the sole discretion of the Baltimore Broomball Club. All refunds are ultimately subject to the discretion of the Baltimore Broomball Club.
Delivery / Timing
Products that are ordered online that require shipping shall be shipped within two business days of the order.
